The Elvenrings

Unfortunately there isn't much information about the three Elvenrings:

Vilya

Vilya is the Ring of Air, made of gold adorned with a sapphire (therefore also called the 'Blue Ring'). For safekeeping Celebrimbor had given it to High-king Gil-galad who passed it on to Elrond later. What this ring's power was is uncertain, but it clearly helped Elrond defending his stronghold Imladris for more than 5000 years. Vilya was said to be the mightiest of the Elvenrings.

Narya

The Ring of Fire or 'Red Ring', because it was adorned with a ruby. This one, too, was given to Gil-galad by Celebrimbor, but later Círdan received it. He didn't keep it either though, but passed it on to Gandalf when the wizard first arrived in Middle-earth. Narya had the power to encourage people.

Nenya

Nenya was adorned with a diamond and therefore called the 'White Ring'. Actually, it was the Ring of Water. It's keeper was Galadriel.
