This layout was made without movie images, because I wanted to emphasize that this site has always been meant to be bookish and that all movie content should be viewed as some kind of 'extra'. As you can see, the concept is very simple: 4 colours and a few brushes. Its' only peculiar quality is the navigation column to the right that stretches over the whole length of the page instead of starting beneath the main graphic. Don't ask, I just felt like it and actually think it looks good.

Another quickly done layout. Why do I love dark colours for my websites? Can't understand it myself. I blended several images for this version: one movie image, two images by Hubble and a texture from Tre-Textures.
