Archived blends round 7

1st place:

'Memorial' by Magnus
I have reviewed so many of your blends already that I can hardly think of anything else to say. Once again, you were able to prove your excellent taste and extraordinary talent to us!

2nd place:

'Some things' by Morgan
As usual, a beautiful composition of images. I simply adore how you blended the white and black and coloured areas togteher. Once again, your blend hides a few secrets - and I love those!

Other entries:

'Loss' by Ivana
Your blend is perfect. I love the soft edges, the light and the warm colours. It's a very elegant and effective piece of work!

'To see when others do not...' by Ororuthiel
A blend with bold effects and strong colours - a welcome change! Combined with the brushes you sprinkled in and the right text to go with the images it makes a lovely work.

'Destroy it' by Ariah
If I may say so: This is a very 'elrondish' blend =) The colours and combination of images somehow support my idea of his character. Plus, it's a perfectly done piece of work. I really can't tell where one images ends and the other starts.

'Last Alliance' by Lady Estel Anarion
Brilliant colours in the most literal sense of the word. Knowing that they are the colours of the Great Eye, they truly fit the scene you chose. Your blend provokes a nice eerie feeling.

'Lord Elrond' by Natalie
Your blend is so lovely, light and dark at the same time and definitely warm. -Eh? Okay, I am crazy, but I *so* like the effects you used, especially those stripes. And the colours... Good job!

'Elrond's Council' by Frodofan
Yey, another daring artist that is not afraid of strong colours and fonts. I guess there's only one word for your blend: cool. And funky. Oops, that were two now. Whatever. Nice job :D

'Elrond' by LOTRfreak13
The colours of your blend kinda wake me up, but nontheless it has a serene atmosphere, too. The images are well chosen and the texture adds beautiful effects to the work.

'Fate' by Lasse
Given the theme, you made a quite original blend. I love that painting style and the colours you chose for it. I can almost feel the heat of Mount Doom =) I hope to see more of your work in the future.

'Walk Away' by Izzy
You truly are the queen of text! Once again, it's very well chosen and supported by the images, brushes and other effects you used. Besides, your blend looks bright, even though the scene is quite tragic.
